Lucian’s background
Lucian offers more than a decade of experience within specialist recruitment, consultancy and outplacements, having worked with some of the largest Danish companies.
As certified DBU/FIFA agent, Lucian has previously mingled with Danish and European football clubs, creating new opportunities for football players and clubs.
Being a certified DBU/FIFA agent means that Lucian can legally work with players above the age of 15, while at the same time negotiate contracts and future opportunities for them.
Most recently, Lucian has completed a Leadership and Coaching course offered by Mindjuice Academy. The course is accredited by ICF, which means that Lucian’s work meets the ICF standards and ethics.
